Justin Grant joined MGA Homecare in 2008 and oversees A Circle of Care Colorado business operations.
As Vice President of Business Development, Justin is responsible for the companies homecare operations in Colorado which includes being a member of the Senior Leadership Committee, who oversees all aspects of MGA’s Home Homecare services.
Justin earned his BA in Sports Medicine and minor in Biology from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont. Additionally, Justin served in the United States Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment in the 2nd Battalion.
Cate Baze joined MGA Home Homecare in 2013 and was part of the team that founded A Circle of Care Colorado in 2019.
As the Circle of Care Colorado Administrator, Cate oversees the day to day business operations with a focus on compliance, business growth, and client safety. The ultimate goal is to ensure compliance measures are met and day to day functions operate efficiently.
Cate earned her social work degree from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois – Chicago. With a passion for pediatric palliative care, Cate completed an interdisciplinary post-masters fellowship at Children’s Hospital Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Harvard Medical School.
Joaire Giordano-BSN joined MGA Homecare in 2009. As the Director of Client Services she is responsible for all patient assessments, competency checks, and recertifications.
Joaire started her MGA tenure in our Arizona market working with our most complex, medically fragile patient population. Based on the dedication Joaire showed in your position she was promoted to PDN Clinical Supervisor in 2010.
Joaire Giordano received her BSN from the University of Phoenix. Joaire served a 3-year military assignment in Fort Belvoir, VA where her husband was stationed. Once completed, they decided to return to Colorado Springs to assist with the formation of A Circle of Care.
Tim Evans joined MGA Homecare in 2017 and was part of the team that founded A Circle of Care Colorado in 2019.
As Director of Operations, Tim’s focus is spent streamlining the daily operations of CCC to ensure the success of both our clients and attendants.
A native of Elk Grove Village, IL, Tim earned a social work degree from Hope College and his Master’s degree in social work from Colorado State University.
